They are in essence space cop's, police, or taskmasters. There headquarters are in many realms. These locals are of the utmost secrecy. Humar plays a vital role in each of our lives. If we can't laugh, there really is no point. Old age becomes apparent when you refuse to act goofy and laugh at both yourself and the world you are living in. The world is meant to be humorous, as well as serious.
