The Galactic Library of Knowledge

Every thought, idea, question, theorem, that anyone has ever pondered exist in this vast library. There are few full time librarians, however many volunteers. The library has everything from ancient text to futuristic maps of distant worlds, this is extremely difficult to achieve for the mere fact that the future is always changing and in a state of flux.
